Alecia Beth Moore is the real name of the popular singer, Pink. She was born on September 8, 1979 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. For her debut, Pink released an album entitled Can't Take Me Home which carried her certified gold singel, There You Go. Meanwhile, her collaboration with Christina Aguilera, Mya, and Lil' Kim to remake the song Lady Marmalade for the film Moulin Rouge was a huge success. The said song topped the charts, won MTV Video Music Award's Video of the Year title, and even gained them a Grammy Award for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals.

It has been nowhere but up for this popstar as she released another 3 albums, which all have their own share of awards and nominations. The latest of these is the album I'm Not Dead, which is currently topping the charts. She also had a little taste of acting, specifically in the movie Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.
