Leaked Tila Tequila Sex Tape Sparks Legal Battle

Just as surely as night follows day, another new brings news of another wannabe Hollywood A lister featuring in yet another sex tape. The latest case of sex tape release hijinks features Tila Tequila and has caused quite a legal uproar.

We've already seen how media buzz and blogger mania made Paris Hilton a star. Sadly, it didn't work for Nicole Lenz or Montana Fishburne. Still, the declining power of sex tapes to make a Hollywood career hasn't deterred these videos from being "leaked" on the Internet.

Vivid Entertainment claims ownership of the sex tape and has sent a cease and desist letter to a famous free porn tube site, Pornhub. The letter demands that Pornhub removes copies of the sex tape from its site. Vivid wants to keep the tape "fresh" so it can release it. Naturally, it thinks that too much saturation and exposure would reduce the value of the tape. Tila Tequila? Overexposed? Porn or no porn, Tila's 15 minutes may have expired a long time ago.
