Well, guys, it's official and sad at the same time: Scarlett Johansson is engaged to captain abs, Ryan Reynolds. OK, I admit it, the guy has a body that any of us would kill for, but is that enough to make a chick wanna spend the rest of her life with a dude? Apparently it is, at least in this case.
The betrothal was confirmed today to People Magazine, when Scarlett's rep said to the tabloid: "They're both thrilled". I doubt so is Alanis Morisette, who was dumped by Ryan a few years ago after almost getting married. I can't say I blame Ryan... any guy in his right mind would prefer Scarlett a thousand times to Alanis!
