Sarah Shahi is an actress and a former NFL Cheerleader. She appeared for minor roles on several TV shows such as Dawson's Creek, Alias, Reba and Supernatural. Her role on Showtime's The L Word earned her international fame. She played Carmen de la Pica on the lesbian-drama series; but her character was written out of the fourth season since she did not renew her contract. She also played a role in the now defunct NBC series Life. Shahi played the lead role in the USA Network TV show Facing Kate. Her newest TV series, Fairly Legal started airing in January 2011, with Shahi in the lead role.
