Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are "disruptive, intrusive and totally disrespectful" according to their closest New York neighbors. The 22 year old twins have been pissing off residents of their otherwise tranquil New York City neighborhood by constantly having parties that get out of control.

One resident said: "Mary-Kate and Ashley are two spoiled brats who change
the character of the neighborhood." Lucky for the annoyed neighbors, the sumptuous mansion that the two blondes occupy, is simply a rental, and rumor has it their lease won't be renewed. Since one of them was questioned regarding the death of Heath Ledger, these two aren't getting much love from anybody. And apparently their neighbors are joining the ranks!
