On the wake of this year's Cannes Film Festival, Lily Allen was in the South of France working on her tan and practicing new ways to tease the paparazzi.

The dynamic singer stayed at the Eden Roc hotel in Cap d'Antibes, Cannes, yesterday, where she took off her top while sitting by the pool with a female friend. With France being so open about nudity, seeing Lily Allen Topless only came naturally. Since when in Rome do as Romans do, while in France, do as Lily Allen does!

Hours later she and her newly tanned nipples headed for the airport to catch a flight home, where unfortunately it's not OK to be topless at the beach.
