Kim Kardashian hasn't forgotten all those hours of lap dances and table stripping she must've done to get to where she is, and she relived her earlier days by climbing on top of a coffee table in her hotel room in New York City, to show her moves.
Apparently Kim has more ass than brains, and the table she chose to dance on was made of glass. Needless to say, the big booty celebrity had to be rushed to the hospital, where she was treated and released right away.
Despite her foot injury, Kim insists that she won't stop rehearsing for her upcoming appearance in Dancing with the Stars.
