The star of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies has been featured during the last year in over ten different magazines, and in every single one of them she's been showing some boob skin (amen of some butt). Sadly not a single one of said publications have scored a real Keira Knightley topless picture.

She's always covering her bare breasts with her hands or with suspenders. Beeing topless in movies doesn't seem to be a problem for Keira though.
