Although the paparazzo that filmed the boob escape didn't get the whole tit on video because a light pole happened to be in the way, you do catch a glimpse of Kate Beckinsale's breast, and then hear her say "My whole boob came out!" and laugh about it. Kate then proceeds to partially reenact the tit show for her husband and to top it off, she even rubs his crotch. Now, that's what I call the perfect celebrity.
