According to People Magazine, the star of the TV hit Ghost Whisperer and her fiancé of two years Ross McCall have called it quits. The reasons are unknown and so far it seems like it's a friendly split.

"They broke up over the holidays and have ended their engagement," says a mutual friend. "They're both really sad about this. Even their friends are surprised; they seemed really happy. Everyone just wants the best for both of them."
