Hilary Swank is a two-time Academy Award winner for her lead performances in "Boys Don't Cry" and "Million Dollar Baby." Before she became an award-winning movie star, she started out with a small role in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and she moved on to being Julie Pierce in "The Next Karate Kid." After these movie roles, she starred in the hit teen drama "Beverly Hills, 90210." She was disappointed by her short appearance in the show, but her brief stint led her to her first Oscar-worthy role.

Swank married Chad Lowe, and they were together for several years, but in 2006, they separated and eventually divorced. Swank has bounced back and she's set for a number of projects for the next two years. Actress and fashion icon, Swank has remained down-to-earth with her successes and she continues to give her very best.
