Hayden Panettiere is vacationing in the South of France with her boyfriend Steve Jones, which seems to be a good reason for her to show her body in a bikini.

And since Hayden Panettiere bikini pictures are not very widely available, this is plenty of reason for us to write about it. The couple is in France to attend to Cannes Film Festival and for the last two days they've been laying on a friend's private yacht deck frolicking and enjoying the warm spring sun.
