The courts are getting pretty generous this holiday season, although not with their own money, but with Britney Spears' dollars.

This week, Britney's daddy and conservator was awarded a pay increase due to his success in rebuilding his daughter's life. So his monthly allowance is going from $10,000 to $16,125!

What's best: her brother Bryan is receiving a $200,000 lump sum for "services rendered" before Dad's work began. Needless to say, Britney has no say so in this, and she can't dispute these payouts. She was better off married to K-Fed, at least she was getting laid in exchange for her money!
