Amanda Bynes Being Sued

Amanda Bynes is in a legal bind over a car accident, and is currently being sued for "hospital bills and damages".
The ridiculous part of this story is that the accident that Amanda was involved in, took place while both vehicles were traveling between 3 and 5mph, with their bumpers simply touching, as part of a multiple car collision at a very busy intersection in Beverly Hills. Neither part suffered any injuries.
But the lady who's filed the lawsuit says otherwise. In it, she names three drivers, one of them being Amanda Bynes. The plaintiff filed the suit just one day before the statue of limitations would've come into play... and now it's up to a California court to determine if her claim has any validity.
