Traci Bingham at Kendra Exposed

Traci Bingham became popular because of her role as Jordan Tate on "Baywatch", between 1996 and 1998. She was the first African-American to star as a cast member on the hit television series.

Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on January 13, 1968 to an African-American/Italian mother, and a Native American father, Bingham is the youngest among seven children. Despite her mixed heritage, she identifies herself as an African-American.

While studying psychology at Harvard Extension School, Bingham took part in some school productions such as "Annie" and "Grease". She enjoyed the experience, and it certainly made her want to pursue acting. She began landing small roles in movies, advertisements, and television shows. Soon after, she postponed her Harvard education and went to Los Angeles.

Other highlights of Bingham's career include her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother in United Kingdom, where she was included in the final six.
